Ariel began her real estate career in 2005 at Retail Link Associates, a specialty commercial real estate brokerage and consulting firm. There Ariel gained invaluable knowledge and experience working every facet of the business. She’s executed strategic portfolio management plans for a national men’s retailer with 500+ units, and other local, regional and national soft and hard good retailers. Ariel has helped over a dozen retailers and restaurants execute new store roll outs with market planning and her strong negotiation skills. She is a well-rounded broker with a get it done mentality. Her transaction experience spans various asset classes from power centers, lifestyle centers, regional centers, central business districts, and ground up construction projects. She’s negotiated with some of the country’s largest real estate developers, landlords and brokers and has built a network of relationships that enable her to advocate for her clients and get deals across the finish line, while creating a win-win approach between tenant and landlord.

Ariel is a true California native, having grown up in Huntington Beach and Irvine. She graduated from Cal State University, Fullerton with a degree in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate. She is a licensed Broker in CA and Salesperson in NV and is an active member of ICSC. She resides in Mission Viejo with her husband, Johnny, and their two children Riley and James. Her family means the world to her and when she’s not working, she enjoys every minute she gets with them – typically watching her kids play sports, family game nights, attending country music concerts, and getting outside to enjoy the great California sunshine!
